【PhoneAuto News】The 2023 Guangzhou Auto Show is currently in full swing, and as a hot new energy vehicle brand, BYD’s booth naturally attracts countless eyes. At this car show, the brand-new BYD Song L Ji Yunqing coating model officially made its debut. According to PhoneAuto, the official has high hopes for this car, with a target monthly sales of 10,000 units.
BYD Song L
BYD Song L is available for pre-sale at the end of October, with a pre-sale price of 220,000 to 280,000 yuan. Lu Tian, the sales general manager of BYD Wangchao division, revealed in an interview that the current pre-sale price for Song L is 220,000 to 280,000 yuan, with four rear-wheel drive models and one four-wheel drive model. The official listing price will be announced on December 15th. Data from November 1st to 15th shows that the pre-orders for this car have reached 11,000. In the Wangchao network system, the goal for Song L is to achieve a monthly sales target of 10,000 units.

BYD Song L
As we approach 2024, what new car models will BYD launch next year? Lu Tian said that BYD Wangchao currently consists of 5 IPs: Qin, Song, Tang, Yuan, and Han. Next year, a small A0-class car will be launched, which is a “very beautiful and stylish pure electric species.” He also disclosed that the Wangchao series has plans for MPVs, and it is expected that a medium to large MPV will be launched in the second quarter, featuring hybrid and pure electric versions.
Currently, the BYD Wangchao series has launched a number of pure electric and hybrid versions, and the sales ratio is relatively balanced. Lu Tian revealed that as of last month, hybrids accounted for 53% of Wangchao network sales, while pure electric accounted for 47%. It is reported that in terms of vehicle planning, BYD Wangchao network will layout four products: A0-class, A-class, B-class, and C-class, and plans to cover a price range of 90,000 to 330,000 yuan across three vehicle types, such as sedans, SUVs, and MPVs.
