In addition to the self-development of ideal intelligent driving, CEO Li Xiang is personally responsible for introducing suppliers.

Along with the pursuit of advanced intelligent driving technology, CEO Li Xiang personally oversees the integration of new suppliers.

【PhoneAuto News】On November 17th, PhoneAuto noticed that according to the news from “36Kr”, the electric vehicle manufacturer, Li Xiang, will employ the autonomous driving company, Qingzhou Zhixing, as its intelligent driving supplier to assist in implementing advanced autonomous driving functions in the Pro edition models. According to insiders, some employees from Qingzhou Zhixing have already started working at Li Xiang’s headquarters.

CEO Li Xiang personally takes charge of introducing suppliers outside of Li Xiang’s self-developed smart driving systems

Li Xiang’s intelligent driving systems mainly consist of two versions, AD Max and AD Pro, representing high-end and basic versions respectively. Qingzhou Zhixing will mainly focus on the AD Pro version, responsible for optimizing and migrating the AD Max 3.0 algorithm to the AD Pro platform. During this process, Li Xiang’s smart driving team will continue to play a leading role in perception, planning, control, and other modules to ensure the smooth progress of the project.

Currently, Li Xiang, the CEO of Li Xiang, is closely monitoring this project and personally setting KPIs for the Qingzhou Zhixing team. This on one hand shows Li Xiang’s emphasis on intelligent driving, and on the other hand, it demonstrates Li Xiang’s trust and expectations for Qingzhou Zhixing.

In order to achieve the expected sales of over 800,000 units by 2024, Li Xiang is well aware that it cannot have any shortcomings and urgently needs to break into the top tier of intelligent driving systems. For this reason, Li Xiang has decided to take dual steps: on one hand, concentrate internal resources to overcome the technical challenges of high-level intelligent driving versions, and on the other hand, delegate the basic version to external suppliers in order to achieve more efficient utilization of resources and faster project progress. Currently, Li Xiang has not yet responded to the above information.
