According to the announcement, Changan Automobile sold a total of 241,028 vehicles in October 2023, a year-on-year increase of 7.21%. This steady growth figure demonstrates Changan Automobile’s ongoing influence in the market.

Meanwhile, from January to October 2023, Changan Automobile’s cumulative sales reached 2,110,636 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 10.76%. It is worth noting that Changan Automobile’s performance in the new energy field is particularly outstanding. In October, the sales volume of their own-brand new energy vehicles reached 57,399 units, a year-on-year increase of 57.10%. From January to October 2023, Changan’s own-brand new energy vehicle cumulative sales reached 364,081 units, a year-on-year increase of 88.76%. This data once again highlights Changan Automobile’s leading position in the new energy market and further demonstrates its determination and strength in promoting the green development of the Chinese automotive industry.

At the end of October, Changan Automobile published the Q3 2023 report. According to official data, Changan Automobile’s revenue in Q3 2023 was 42.714 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 48.43%; the net profit attributable to shareholders was 2.229 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 113.90%; and the non-recurring net profit attributable to shareholders was 2.103 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 184.49%. In the first three quarters, Changan Automobile’s revenue was 108.206 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 26.78%; the net profit attributable to shareholders was 9.882 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 43.22%.
