【PhoneAuto News】On November 10th, the first batch of production cars of the Uplook U8 Luxury Edition officially rolled off the assembly line and will soon be delivered to customers.

The front face of the Uplook U8 Luxury Edition is equipped with a huge “工” shaped grille and a dot matrix LED light source. The rear of the car has an “L” shaped and dot matrix layout of LED lights, giving it a very domineering appearance and high recognition. At the same time, the Uplook U8 is equipped with 38 high-precision sensors, including 3 LiDARs, 5 millimeter-wave radars, 12 cameras, and 12 ultrasonic sensors, providing advanced intelligent driving assistance. Inside the car, the Uplook U8 is equipped with a 12.8-inch curved screen and a four-spoke flat-bottom steering wheel. The seats are made of top-grade Nappa leather, combining luxury and technology.

As for the power, the new car is equipped with the “Easy Square” power system, with four-wheel independent drive and each motor able to control a single wheel, allowing for reverse driving. In terms of endurance, the vehicle is equipped with a plug-in hybrid system with a pure electric range of 180 kilometers.

As a tough new energy off-road vehicle, the Uplook U8 has 10 driving modes – Comfort, Sport, Economy, as well as Mountain/Rock, Sand, Mud, and Snow modes, which can adapt to most working conditions. In addition, the vehicle also has features such as water fording, curvature control, and extreme endurance mode adjustment. The suspension adjustment travel is up to 150mm, and the maximum water fording depth is 1 meter.
