iPhone 14 series panel shipments in June dropped by 22% compared to the previous month
【PhoneAuto News】On June 28th, PhoneAuto learned that the latest research report from display supply chain consulting firm DSCC showed that the panel shipments of the iPhone 14 series in June 2023 decreased by 22% compared to the previous month, which is 3% higher than the iPhone 13 series. Compared with the iPhone 13 Pro model in the same period of 2022, the panel shipments of the iPhone 14 Pro model increased by 17%.

At the same time, the institution stated that it is expected that the panel shipments of the iPhone 14 series will reach 29 million units in the second quarter of 2023, while the shipments of the iPhone 13 series in the second quarter of 2022 were 32 million units.
In September of last year, Apple released the iPhone 14 series, which includes four models: iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone 14 Pro, and iPhone 14 Pro Max, attracting market attention.

At the time of its launch, there was a polarization in sales between the iPhone 14 standard version and the iPhone 14 Pro series, with most consumers leaning towards purchasing the Pro version. However, the situation seems to have changed now. According to sales data from US carriers, the sales of the iPhone 14 standard version have surpassed the iPhone 14 Pro Max and become the best-selling iPhone model locally. In terms of market share, the iPhone 14’s share in US carriers has risen to 19%, ranking first, followed closely by the iPhone 14 Pro Max with a share of 18%.
