The data shows that He Zero delivered 18,202 vehicles in October, an increase of 159% compared to the same period last year, once again reaching a new record high.

Recently, He Zero has been making frequent moves. On October 26th, Stellantis Group announced an investment of approximately 1.5 billion euros to acquire a 20% stake in He Zero, making Stellantis Group an important shareholder of the company. In addition, the two parties will also establish a joint venture named “Leapmotor International” with a ratio of 51% to 49%.

Furthermore, on October 16th, He Zero also released its third-quarter financial report. The data shows that He Zero achieved a gross profit margin of 1.2% in the third quarter, making it the second new energy vehicle company to turn a profit. During the financial report conference call, He Zero stated that they hope to achieve a gross profit margin of 5%-10% next year. He Zero also revealed that the positive gross profit margin was mainly due to the cost reduction from technological improvements and increased sales volume. Specifically, the cost per vehicle was reduced by 30,000 yuan through cost reduction measures in materials, and over 1,000 yuan through manufacturing process optimization.
