McLaren opens its largest standalone showroom in Dubai, spanning 950 square meters

【Phoneauto News】Recently, British supercar manufacturer McLaren opened the world’s largest independent showroom in Dubai. The new store is located next to McLaren’s largest service center, laying a solid foundation for McLaren’s largest market in the region.

It is understood that the showroom covers an area of 950 square meters, making it the largest among more than 100 stores in over 40 markets for McLaren. The new showroom features a huge display area and the McLaren Special Operations (MSO) department, which is mainly dedicated to serving customers who want to customize their vehicles. The showroom is adjacent to McLaren’s largest service center in the world. The service center is operated by a dedicated team of McLaren-trained engineers with over 40 years of combined experience. McLaren describes the service center as “future-oriented” and it can handle repairs for up to 150 vehicles per month at the location.

Opening of McLaren’s new showroom

The opening of the showroom coincided with the debut of the McLaren 750S in the region. The McLaren 750S is a supercar launched by the brand in April 2023, and it is an upgraded version of the 720S. It is equipped with a twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 engine, with a maximum power output of 740 horsepower and a maximum torque of 590 pound-feet. It is equipped with an improved seven-speed sequential gearbox that delivers power to the rear wheels. Whether it is the hardtop or the convertible version, it can accelerate from 0 to 100 kilometers per hour in 2.7 seconds, and both versions have a top speed of up to 332 kilometers per hour. The McLaren 750S is priced at $324,000 (hardtop version) and $345,000 (convertible version) in the United States. It is reported that the McLaren 750S is already sold out, and orders are scheduled for delivery in 2024.
