Samsung Z Fold5/Flip5 now available in Russia at prices up to 20% higher than in the United States

【Phoneauto News】On July 31st, according to foreign media reports, the Samsung Z Fold5/Flip5 has been launched in the Russian market. It is provided by the local operator MTS. The 256GB version of Z Fold5 is priced at 189,990 rubles, equivalent to 14,700 yuan; the 512GB version is priced at 199,990 rubles, equivalent to 15,500 yuan; and the 1TB version is priced at 219,990 rubles, equivalent to 17,000 yuan, which is 10% to 15% more expensive than the US version. The starting price of Z Flip5 is 110,000 rubles, equivalent to 8,500 yuan, which is about 20% more expensive than the US price.

It is understood that MTS bundles Z Fold5 with the free Galaxy Watch5 Pro (last year’s flagship wearable device) for sale. Z Flip5 is bundled with Galaxy Buds2 Pro for sale.

Z Fold5 is equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy mobile platform, with a rear camera setup of a 50-megapixel main camera + a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens + a 10-megapixel 3x telephoto lens. It is equipped with a 4,400mAh battery, supports 25W fast charging and fast wireless charging.
