【Phoneauto News】On September 20th, the first product under the Phoneauto brand, the Phoneauto U8 Luxury Edition, was officially launched with a price of 1.098 million yuan. With the support of the two core technologies, Easy Four and Yun Nian-P Intelligent Hydraulic Body Control System, it has 1,200 horsepower, a 0-100 km/h acceleration time of 3.6 seconds, and features such as all-terrain turning, stable driving with flat tires, and emergency water floating capability. Combined with a luxurious and high-tech cockpit and high-precision perception ability, it brings unprecedented ultimate safety, performance, and experience to users. The Phoneauto U8 Luxury Edition exhibition cars will gradually arrive in 13 cities including Shenzhen, Shanghai, Chengdu, Hangzhou, and Ningbo. The first batch of Phoneauto U8 Luxury Edition will be delivered to users starting from late October.

The Phoneauto U8 is equipped with the Easy Four technology platform, with distributed four-motor as its core and independent torque vector control on all four wheels. The Phoneauto U8 Luxury Edition is equipped with a plug-in hybrid powertrain system, combined with the Easy Four technology platform, achieving a comprehensive cruising range of 1,000 kilometers with CLTC. It fully meets the long-range outdoor travel needs of users. It supports up to 110 kW DC fast charging, and can be charged from 30% to 80% in just 18 minutes, providing timely and efficient recharging in emergency situations. The Phoneauto U8 Luxury Edition has a maximum power output of 6 kW for external discharge, ensuring outdoor power supply safety.

The U8 introduces the world’s first 12.8-inch R800 Galaxy Curved Screen, which uses OLED material and 2K resolution to reproduce true colors. The color contrast of the screen is 50 times higher than that of traditional LCD screens. The Galaxy Curved Screen seamlessly connects with the two 23.6-inch mini LED screens for the driver and passenger, creating a borderless immersive experience. Together, they form a distinctive triple screen, resembling a galaxy waterfall, complemented by the symmetrical dual-ring star surround cabin, showcasing the unique luxury style of new energy vehicles.

The U8 Luxury Edition’s intelligent cabin is equipped with a custom 4nm 5G chip jointly developed by BYD and Qualcomm, with fast computing speed and strong compatibility. It is embedded with the “Look Up Link” intelligent network system, which has a complete application ecosystem. The front row features a 70-inch AR-HUD head-up display, a Galaxy Curved Center Control Screen, and a multimedia screen for the passenger. In addition, there are two 12.8-inch floating multimedia screens in the rear, which have a borderless five-screen linkage function. The U8 Deluxe Edition offers 5 paint colors in terms of appearance, including Dragon Stone Green, Obsidian Black, and Fluorescent Stone White. Optional matte Dragon Stone Green and matte Moonlight Silver are also available. In terms of interior, it provides two color matching schemes: Black Orange and Gray Brown. The vehicle comes standard with 22-inch sport forged wheels, and offers the option of 22-inch minimalist forged wheels or 20-inch sport forged wheels for users to choose from. Yawn Automotive will provide services to users through a fully direct-operated model. Currently, more than 70 Yawn direct-operated stores are under construction, and it is expected to open over 90 stores in more than 40 cities nationwide within this year.
