【PhoneAuto News】On November 1st, AITO Auto announced that its new model, the M7, has been on the market for only 50 days and has already received over 80,000 pre-orders.

Previously, Yu Chengdong revealed that as of 10:00 on October 7th, the accumulated pre-orders for the new M7 had reached 55,506 vehicles, with an additional 4,197 vehicles. Among them, the five-seater models accounted for 81%, with a total of 45,057 pre-orders and an additional 3,282 vehicles; the six-seater models accounted for 19%, with a total of 1,049 pre-orders and an additional 915 vehicles. By October 15th, the cumulative pre-orders for the new M7 had already exceeded 60,000 units.

It is understood that the new M7 was officially launched on September 12th and delivery began simultaneously. There are five models to choose from, with prices ranging from 2.498 million to 3.298 million yuan. As an updated model, the design of the new car has not changed much compared to the old model in terms of appearance, but it has added an ice crystal silver color. The interior design is basically the same as the old model. In terms of configuration, the new car comes with four seats as standard, with ventilation, heating, and massage functions, and is equipped with Huawei’s in-car smart screen system. The rear seats also support the installation of two sets of Huawei’s in-car smart screen systems, supporting multi-screen connectivity and interaction between the front and rear seats, enhancing the driving experience.

In terms of power and range, the new car is equipped with a range-extending power system composed of a 1.5T four-cylinder turbocharged range extender and a Huawei electric drive motor, with the option of two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive. Under the CLTC working conditions, the comprehensive range with full fuel and full charge can reach 1,300 kilometers, and the pure electric range is 240 kilometers. Under the WLTC working conditions, the fuel consumption is only 5.6 liters per 100 kilometers, and the acceleration time for the four-wheel drive version is only 4.8 seconds per 100 kilometers. In addition, the new car has upgraded its chassis and is equipped with front and rear double FSD variable damping shock absorbers.
